Brief Description

Applied Family Law for Family Mediators provides you with the knowledge, skills and insights to become an accredited court-annexed mediator and private divorce and family mediation practitioner in private practice, government departments such as the office of the family advocate, family courts or service-provider organisations such as NGO’s, and NPO’s. The course will enhance your knowledge of mediation to enable you to successfully mediate family disputes, facilitate settlement between the parties, draft settlement agreements which can be made an order of court.
