Brief Description

The Applied Sport Psychology: Practical steps for Optimising Performance and Mental Toughness is a training programme, specially developed for coaches and psychologists working with sports people. The core aim of this training programme is to optimize performance of sport participants and sport teams. The critical perceptions, psychological principles and skills will equip the coach and the psychologist to understand all the psychological dimensions involved in the maintenance of high performance under extreme pressures. This training programme will also increase the ability to bounce back when faced with setbacks and adverse conditions. This training will also empower the coach and the psychologist to optimize their own professional performance.
