Brief Description

Divorce and Family Mediation short course provides you with the knowledge, skills and insights to become an accredited court-annexed mediator and private divorce and family mediation practitioner in private practice, government departments such as the office of the family advocate, family courts or service-provider organisations such as NGO’s, and NPO’s. The course aims to enhance your knowledge of mediation to enable you to successfully mediate family disputes, facilitate a settlement between the parties, draft settlement agreements which can be made an order of the court. With a good grasp of the mediation industry and marketing of services in the industry, you will be able to approach prospective clients and target markets for your organisation
