Brief Description

The short course in Fleet Management provides you with a basic understanding of the different elements of fleet management, while specifically focusing on vehicle utilisation, whole-life costs, tendering, vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements. During the course, you will be able tap into a realistic business environment with sophisticated computerised simulations where your team will be challenged to run your business while trying to achieve determined business objectives and aligning supply, production, distribution and demand in the supply chain process. You will become familiar with the various role-players and stakeholders in the value chain and how to effectively manage your fleet.
