Foundation Management Programme
Brief Description
The Foundation Management Programme aims at equipping delegates with the knowledge and skills to integrate and synergise organisational activities on the basis of a profound understanding of the value-chain perspective. This will enable participants optimise productivity, improve stakeholder relations, enhance service-delivery and customer satisfaction following a systematic approach in the workplace. The programme is anchored on key management principles but has a strong practical bias that aids critical management thinking, decision-making and successful implementation of initiatives in the work environment.
