Brief Description
The Hands-on Supply Chain Management short course provides you with a sound understanding of how a truly integrated supply chain creates value for your organisation, its supply chain partners and stakeholders. The course also takes a hands-on approach by employing sophisticated computerised simulations to tap into a realistic business environment that challenges you to run your own businesses effectively and achieve determined business objectives. During the course, you will gain the necessary know-how to align supply, production, distribution and demand, and then to run the supply chain process successfully while focusing on the management of inventory, purchasing, operations, warehousing and transport.

After successfully completing the course, you will be able to
