Interim Ministry
Brief Description
The short course in Interim Ministry provides you as member of the congregation or church council with the necessary know-how to be able to support and accompany the congregation when a pastor departs their post. During the ensuing period of vacancy, the congregation should be supported with encouragement and leadership as they come to the realisation that the previous ministry period has come to an end. During this course, you will be trained as bridging minister in the various phases of the process of motivation and identity development, changing culture or congregation development, conflict management, change management and missionary identity.
