  • Understand the latest constitutional court and lac decisions regarding majoritarianism and minority trade unions
  • Discuss the legal consequences of a protected and unprotected strike, and
  • Describe the correct procedures to be followed during violent and unprotected strikes.

Entry Requirements
Prospective delegates should at least have obtained a diploma or degree. Other post-school training that includes a module in labour law or human resource management will also be considered.
