The Programme in Advanced Labour Law provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the legislation around labour issues in South Africa, with the specific aim to correctly implement these principles in your organisation. The programme delves into progressive aspects of both employees' and employers' rights with regard to human resources and legal practice. During the programme, you will therefore gain invaluable insights to the most recent developments in areas of labour law as well as specialised skills in drafting contracts of employment in compliance with the provisions of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act 75 of 1997 (as amended). There will be a particular focus on aspects related to COVID-19.
