Brief Description

The Programme in Human Resources Management provides you with progressive knowledge and insights to human resources management by following a systems approach in relation to the current South African workforce environment, and in your role as human resources practitioner to help achieve organisational goals.
During the programme, you will become familiar with more advanced topics of: the system approach to human resources management; planning; recruitment and selection processes; job analysis; design and evaluation; internal staffing and career management; performance management; training and development practices; competency-based human resources management; managing compensation and value-added benefits; employee health and safety; and applicable labour relations.
