Brief Description

With the advent of Fourth Industrial Revolution, many organisations are making use of technology as a means for competitive advantage. These case studies demonstrate real examples for innovation and technology management.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, the participants will be equipped with a toolbox on technology management. They should be able to initiate and implement the technology management activities and strategies at their organisations while appreciating the surrounding innovation ecosystem. The participants should be able to distinguish between different technology management activities and tools.
